Modular Scalable Vest (MSV)
The modular scalable vest (MSV) is a lightweight modular, scalable, and tailorable vest. The MSV has the ability to scale between Low Vis carrier (concealable, low profile), and Outer carrier (plate carrier, full tactical) configurations. The MSV, is approximately 26% lighter than all the previous generations of the Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV) and is available in a wider selection of sizes to accommodate virtually every Soldier.
